“ If you are an adventurous foodie like me, this is THE place for some authentic, delicious and inexpensive Mexican food. I tried Torito with Adobada, Papa Asada, Vampiro with Asada, and Chorreada with Asada. I especially loved Torito! I loved them so much I visited it two nights in a row This is a very busy dinner eatery so expect a wait. During dinner time, this place is filled with mostly locals from what I could tell. The waiters/waitresses don’t speak much English but we were able to communicate with my limited Spanish. They cook the meat in an open i kitchen inside the restaurant so it’s a bit smoky but it didn’t bother us. I would go all the time if I live in the area! ”

The mashed baked potato loaded with carne asada was fantastic. I loved the standard plate of chopped carne asada. There was enough there to make 6 tacos. The prices are low. The staff is quick, attnetive, and friendly, and the neughborhood is right across the street from the the Centro district. ”
